access denied denied, access

this issue i met when i try to open my photo. when doing on GUI it's no responding,and so i decide to copy it to other drive with the following command and " access denied" comes out. what is that problem ,and how to solve it ?

E:\Photos\HG>copy "My hea" D:
My  hea\123.JPG
Access is denied.
My  hea\70.JPG
Access is denied.

i just found the reason : first that HG folder i use the encrypt option ( right click on folder ,select Advanced at bottom of new window then click to select "Encrypt contents to secure data". after that your folder name letter will be in green color.
at first that work just fine, but after i tried being disable some "services" in order to optimize my windows the problem occure. hehe..that bcos i disable " EFS" service. when i turn that on , everything work the same as before. i start loving windows 7 again !haha..

are there high cpu processing in window 7?
and when will the window 8 release?

for my PC ,CPU not so high just around 2 to 5 percent if you just use normal App. run well on my PC. i don't no whether it is named windows  8 or windows M .....M stands for Mol ..hehe...
