I found some of our friend didn't know how to find Java development TOOL and Runtime environment, I did a picture guide to lead ya to download the JRE and JDK.
Remember,Java has many tools so be sure to read the name b4 download.
there're aslo NetBean in the download list too.
First Go to java.sun.com
Click on "Download " --> "See all"

then Click on Java SE(standard edition) --->Java SE(JDK) 6.0

so now you reach the final destination.Right here you need to download two things to build perfect runtime environment and development tool.
they are :
1.Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE)
2.Java SE Development Kit (JDK)

If you want NetBean IDE(which I felt like using Microsoft Visual studio.Net 2008)..you still can download it for free.
