These "optional method" below are better to be announced in this system. Both reasons and punishments.
-------
optional(?) method 0 :Of course anonymous post is forbidden.

optional method 1:as the title,a captcha is essential before posting & replying threads, this could be a helpful and an easy mechanism to prevent advertise robots.

optional method 2:a correct captcha must be input before a person enroll into this forum.

optional method 3:a newbie just enrolls into this forum should not be allowed to post as well as reply in a limited time.(30 min - 24 hours,it depends by ur configuration)

optional method 4:a newbie is allowed to post only after he(she or it) has already replied once in this forum. This method could prevent posting machines who enroll dozens of members automatically.

optional method 5:plz answer the quiz "what's the domain name of this forum?" "1+1=? etc." if u really want to post or reply.

optional method 6:establish an advertisement block for those real advertisements but not spams.

optional method 7:make sure every newbie of this forum is not a robot. This really requires lots of energies.

optional method 8:config an interval between posting(and also replying)

Good luck,Khmer forum!
