First go to any bank like ABC,ICBC to apply for online back card.
then go to taobao or ebay to buy thing,
write down your address and pay money with your card ,the processing of buyging thing would be availbe on the site.note if you don't have enough policy the back won't let you pay money.
make sure you write correct address and wait for call to pick up thing.that's it.
